A 50 square meter big apartment in the neighbourhood of Alppila is available for swapping. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom, nice wooden floors and high ceilings. The apartment contains of two big rooms:

– The kitchen/workspace with a desk, scanner and printer, and a kitchen table for four.

– The bedroom/living room with a sofa bed and a 180 cm wide continental bed.

We, Elisa and Roee, work a lot from home. The house is perfect for us, an actor/writer and a photographer, since we mainly use our computers when we work. Elisa also uses the living room for rehearsing text and practising yoga.

We are interested in a swap sometime between late January and early May 2020, preferably for two weeks. Our house is smoke free and Roee is allergic to cats
