Description

900 square foot windmill house, with studio off the back, gardens and fresh veggies from the yard. I’m a painter/printmaker and am a art teacher that has summers off and am interested in trading spaces during these times, or teaching breaks. We have a guest suite with bathroom and shower to work in as well. We have amazing beaches, waterfalls and nature at our fingertips here. We are 10 minutes from Courtenay just outside of city limits.

(Currently not looking for trade, but want to go to New Mexico end of September Oct.)
