Description

Private home in Dallas, Texas with one of the main living areas devoted to relief printmaking. The home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house on one level with off street parking. The house is in East Dallas, 7 miles from downtown Dallas and 1.5 miles from walking/biking trails at White Rock Lake.

The print studio is in the den area of the house and includes a 27 x 48 inch Conrad Monotype press, a glass topped inking desk, and an electric adjustable height desk that is 30 x 40 inches. The kitchen sink is nearby for cleanup.

We have 2 dogs that are 60 lbs each. They have a doggie door for free access to the fenced in backyard.
