Description

One bedroom apartment with air conditioning top floor of the building. Windows on all sides for ocean breeze. Quiet comfortable.

Walk to the beach, or port. I use the large glass dining room table for small paintings. Most of the time I paint on location outdoors, or The atelier, and I travel with a small paint box.

The apartment has a washer, nice kitchen and bathroom with shower. Everything you need is here.
