Hello! We are excited to share our amazing home and studios as a way to meet and work with other artists and to explore our creativity in other countries. We offer 700 sq. meters in a fully renovated 1855 cotton warehouse. There is 300 sq. meters of living space: two bedrooms with king sized beds, a large kitchen, laundry, sauna, and an interior courtyard with a grill and wood-fired pizza/bread oven.

Studios include a 200 sq. meters painting studio, 20 sq. meters darkroom, 100 sq. meters letter press / print shop, and 100 sq. meters woodworking shop.

Petersburg VA is a small city on the verge of a renaissance. Though there are limited services within walking distance, a growing downtown foodie and craft beer scene is only a few blocks from our building. Richmond, VA (great art, music, and food), is 30 mins. by car. Washington DC (fantastic museums and parks) is a two-hour drive. Petersburg sits on the Appomattox River and the National Battlefield Park (2,700 acres – great for walking or biking) is ten minutes away.
