Hi, it’s Maddalena, I came from Rome and I have a nice 35mq studio/apartment located in an amazing area of Rome with a beautiful terrace with panorama. there is kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, 25mq of terrace.

It’s very quiet and the atmosphere is magic. Perfect for writing/ drawing/ painting

The apartment is in Monteverde Vecchio area, near Trastevere and Testaccio area. Quite, green and near the city centre (20 walking distance)

I’m interested in swap a studio with someone in Paris but I consider also other proposal.
