Hello, we are the artists Xavier Escala and Nina Murashkina. We are offering our home and studio to swap: apartment is on the center of quiet small town (less than 1000 souls) in a building with two neighbours. We are on the second floor, with a big terrace and great views of the vineyards. Studio is on the third floor, with plenty of light, and a terrace too. You will need a car to move to supermarket, train station, seaside, etc. There is a small shop very close, and a bakery too. Town is surrounded by fields and forests, and is 50 km away from Barcelona city. A train station is 5 km from the town that connects to city center in 50 minutes. We are very respectful with other studios and homes and ask the same! In the building there is a family with two small children who need to sleep after 10. pm, so we ask not to be noisy at night. There is also the possibility to have also a separate sculpture studio equiped with woodworking benches, bandsaw, ceramic kilns, etc.
