Description

Quaint and characterful 2 bedroom Cape Dutch artists home in a small, very old development in the beautiful Constantia area. The studio is in what would normally be the dining room, attached to the lounge. Main bedroom is ensuite and there is a spare bathroom with toilet. Kitchen with stove, oven and fridge (no microwave). Outside laundry room. Small back courtyard. I’d be interested in a swap of up to 3 months but also less than that.
