Ideally I would like to swap studios and homes with another artist for a minimum of 3 months up to 1yrs in Berlin , Prague ( because my wife works in Berlin and Prague these are my top choices ) . I would consider a live work space in Berlin and just a straight studio swap also but studio and separate apartment would be preferred option . Due to forthcoming exhibitions this would need to be from March /April 2019 but would like to start making contacts with artists who are able to do a straight swap . I need at least 50 sq metres as a studio and not too clean as I work in oil , large canveses and a separate 50sq metres min living space for my wife and myself and our dachshund . My own studio has very high ceilings and is very large 120SM Metres with off the street access so easy to load and unload , 3 rooms , one room I work in around 45 sq metres with windows on 2 sides , I also have a clean area for drawing , office etc and sink and WC and there is a huge long gallery perfect for presentation /hanging works . My home is 150sq metres loft style space totally separate from studio a 6 minute walk away . I live in the south of France in a small city with a mediterranean climate , very close to Spain , mountains and sea on the doorstep and great wine !
