I’d like to swap my Berlin apartment where I use the living-room as my studio with a studio in London. Ideally with an apartment as well or a studio where I can sleep but just a studio would be nevertheless appreciable.

The dates can be discussed.

About the place:
Only relatively clean work is possible (to be discussed with the person), no toxic substances, no heavy dust. Painting for example is fine. No noise between 8am and 8pm.

The apartment is located in the busy and alive quarter of Friedrichshain, nearby the infamous Simon-Dach-Strasse. However very quiet as the house is in the second back yard with a few trees, gardens and birds singing. 3rd (European) floor. looking South, full of sun light. Lovely neighbours.

60 m2, living room used as the studio, bedroom, kitchen with bathtub and bathroom with Italian shower and toilets. Gas cooker, stove and washing machine.

Many options for grocery shopping less than 500 meters away and a bunch of restaurants, bars, clubs and pharmacies in the neighborhood. There’s also a very nice art supply shop 2 minutes away.
U-banh and S-bahn Warschauerstrasse less than 5 minutes away walking.
With the S-Bahn Warschauerstrasse it takes 20 minutes from the apartment to Alexander Platz.

I need the person who stay at my place to water my plants. It’s not very complicated but it has to be done regularly every few days and with love ?
The apartment and the studio are tidy and clean, so I expect you to be the same.
