THE SPACE
There’s plenty of places to lounge in this two-bedroom luxury apartment; located in the private development of Green Hill Village, it has seven rooms and a total area of 230 m2 or 2,250 ft2, modern, spacious, fully furnished & equipped with Maid’s room. The apartment has 4 beds that can accommodate 5 people. However, with an additional two floor mattresses the apartment can accommodate 7 people.

a) 1 Living Room – Fully equipped with 50 inch TV, surround sound system, PS3 + games, satellite & wifi, with direct access to a large balcony.

b) 1 Dining Room – Beautifully serene and quiet dining room with French dining chairs, China cabinet, Italian chandelier, and stunning art work engraved in the table with a matching wall mirror. The room’s design dissolves the distinction between furniture and fashion.

c) 1 Kitchen – Just bring your own ingredients, and we’ll provide the rest: — “Dream Kitchen” to cook in & entertain & bring everyone together. — Comes stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, cookie trays and more. It also includes a breakfast nook, ice maker, toaster, grill & much more.

d) 1 Salon – Guest room fully furnished ready to receive your special guests.

e) 1 Master Bedroom – Enjoy our luxurious, lavish master bedroom with a king-size bed and your own ensuite bathroom. Spacious & private room that will accommodate 2 guests with full private bathroom with water massage, large closet, TV, Bose docking station & much more.

f) 1 Guest Bedroom – Large sunny room that accommodates 2 guests in a 2 double size beds, 42 inch TV + satellite, closet, balcony & more.

h) Maid’s room – Equipped with a private bathroom and a shower, a single bed, closet, TV+satellite, DVD player and more.

i) 3.5 Bathrooms.

j) 3 Balconies. The master balcony is fully equipped to host 8 guests including a table that can be used for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

k) Central A/C-Heater & steam-based central heater. PLEASE NOTE that ACs will only operate when there is government power and/or if you upgrade the backup power to 20 amps. Additional backup power can be purchased separately.

l) Hot water 24/7 (Eco-friendly solar powered water heater. Requires power during winter season) .

m) 2 large parking spaces.

n) Elevator.

o) Electricity & backup power. Bchamoun has 12-hour supply of electricity by the govt. per day. Backup power or ishtirak can be provided during power outage from the local service provider. However, the cost of the backup power IS NOT INCLUDED. Additional power supply can be purchased separately per the following:

A – 5 amps at $67 (100,000 LPB) a month
B – 10 amps at $133 (200,000 LPB) a month
C – 20 amps at $266 (400,000 LPB) a month

The use of the private generator for elevator is included when power is out.

p) WiFi internet ready– The apartment is equipped with a WiFi network and can be activated as needed. Broadband IS NOT INCLUDED in the stay and must be purchased separately. Each 20GB costs $30 and is valid for a month.

q) Linens and towels are provided along with extra blankets, pillows, comforters and much more.

r) Cleaning services are available as needed. A maid is available to clean the house during your stay for $5 an hour.

Guest access
The best way to reach the apartment is to enter “Green Hill Village – GHV” in G maps. The directions will bring you right to the gate.

From GHV you can call a taxi to take you anywhere in the country. Average cost for a trip to Beirut by Taxi is around $15.

Having a car is highly recommended.

You’ll have access to two indoor/covered parking spaces dedicated to the apartment. In addition, there are visitors parking spots nearby.

BACKUP POWER DURING POWER CUTS
Backup power is not included in the stay and must be purchased from the local provider. We recommend the purchase of backup power of 10 amps which, will be sufficient for close to normal use.
