Private live/work space in downtown Vallejo (arts district). 5 minute walk to the San Francisco Ferry (50min ferry to the city).

Apartment: 1 bedroom, living room, bar/entertaining area, small industrial style kitchen. 1 Bathroom (shower only). Very nice space, recent refurbish.

Studio: Small 1 person studio, can accommodate pretty large pieces 60+” full sink, will be cleaned out for any swap. Is a full time active studio, in a very creative environment. Small gallery (650sq ft) at street level. Is a legitimate/ permitted gallery.
