Description

Private studio on an island of Suomenlinna 15 min. ferry from the city of Helsinki. Studio is partly build in an old fortress. Inspiring environment, see, old fortress around, silence.There is possible to overnight in the studio and it has kitchenette, small oven with two cooking plates, microwave, refrigerator and a toilet and shower possibilities. Laundry on a separate building. On the island there is a shop open every day and coffee and few lunch places, few restaurants.

I mainly work there everything which needs silence and no interruptions. In the city I work with digital jacquard looms for greating textile art works.
