The space is a combination of living and studio space. It’s really spacious. There are 2 floors. Upperfloor I have a bedroom, a small office space and some storage and a wardrobe space. Downstairs is the studio space (I use it for painting and video editting, but the space can be used for any kind of medium). There’s also a cornor with books, a sofa to relax and a kitchen + kitchen table. There’s one big white wall which can be used for example for big paintings or big projections. Downstairs is around 70 m2 and upstairs around 50 m2. It’s in the city centre and by bike you can get almost anywhere within half an hour. The shopping centre is 10 minutes by bike. The place itself is a artist run building. We share showers and toilets on the hallway (I share mine with one other person). There’s a common front entrance and a back entrance which leads into a shared garden. The studio and living space is your own space. So the only thing you share is the toilet/shower and the garden.
