I am looking for a place to work on the east coast of the USA in the fall of 2020

My Berlin studio space: 70 square meters (750 square feet) in an artist-run studio house in Berlin Kreuzberg/Treptow. Lots of friendly neighbors- communal kitchen, private studio for working. High ceilings (4 meters), lots of wall space. Housed in a historic building (factory made for building buses and trams in the 1920’s and ‘30’s). Suitable for messy work. Walking distance from S-Bahn (Treptower Park) and U-Bahn (Schesisches Tor). Many cafes and bars in the neighborhood.

Optional bonus- studio dog Pia (3 year old mixed breed small dog. Super snuggly, not very active. Doesn‘t bark but sheds a lot.)

About me (and what I am looking for):

I work in installation/sculpture/drawing/sceneography. Looking for a change of scenery- new input and inspiration. Wanting to travel somewhere that I can also do some work, but I would concentrate on paperworks to keep it transportable. My daughter (6 years old) often spends time in the studio with me.
