I successfully swapped my one bedroom apartment for over 10 years. This has been a great opportunity for me to make new friends in California and Hawaii, USA; Puerto Rico; New Zealand, etc..

I keep looking forward to new adventures again in Los Angeles, San Francisco & Bay Area, as well as New Zealand, and also else where I might be offered to stay. Surprise me! 😉

My home & studio are located in a historical residency, a former 19th c. Palace (ex first Casino of Cannes : ‘Le Palais des Fleurs’) and surrounded by a private gorgeous park in a safe and quiet area, 5mn walking distance from all shops and the famous rue d’Antibes, 10mn walking to La Croisette and the beaches, 15mn walking from Palais des Festivals, harbors and train station from which to discover most places of interest on the French Riviera.

Recently renovated, this charming 70sqm apartment is located in a secured residency with free parking downtown Cannes. The kitchen equipment is perfect for a chef to realize his best recipes. There are thousands of things to do and see nearby, and I’d be more than happy to help you with more information!

Artist’s spirit warmly fills the place through the colorful decoration, paintings, photographs, books, music CDs, etc… and you’ll like the natural light of the 6sqm studio en suite.
