Cosy Cottage-Studio, recently renovated, fully furnished, three floors, bedroom, kitchen-bathroom-shower with balcony and studio on top floor with balcony and great views of Douro valley and river, situated in the centre of the village Casal de Loivos, declared to have one of the best viewpoints in Europe by BBC, with around 30 inhabitants working mostly in surrounding vineyards. Hot water and electricity, heaters and mobile WiFi. Mobile market and fresh bread delivery three times per week in the village. There is a Caffe/bar in the village for drinks and snacks. Fantastic train ride from Lisbon three times per day, 5 hour, Porto 2 hours. Airport in Porto direct international flights.

My Volvo V70 available, art library, 20″ monitor and 2 KRK Rokit speakers if swap studio have. Art materials can be order from Porto or Lison. Some minor conditions to be agreed upon before first visits.

Spectacular inspirational walks in the vineyards and hills around the village. Closest towns with post and supermarkets 10 and 20 min. Basement with extra fridge and washing machine and workshop with tools, wood etc. Insurance deposit negotiable. The studio on the top floor is usually empty apart from a working table and sofa bed.
