Our house is situated by the water, close to Central Dunedin. It’s also an easy 15 minute bike ride to the city. With 3 bedrooms on the upper level, and generous living spaces below, this house makes the most of the harbor views, and soaks up the sun all year round. An additional 4th bedroom space is available on the bottom level of the house, which might also act as a studio or study. The property also includes a large garden.

Dunedin is a university town in the south of Aotearoa New Zealand’s South Island, it is a good base to explore the region, and is well known for wildlife and beautiful coastline. We would be happy to help you make connections with the art community here, there are interesting galleries and project spaces, as well as studios.

We will be in Europe from late May until early October 2019 for a residency/travel, so the house could be available during that time, but we are also open to other suggestions of a swap for the future.
