We are a sculptor and a visual artist/researcher. We offer our 64m²+60m² house for swap. The apartment is 70’s architectural wonder in an artists community with 16 other residential studios. So you will be surrounded by finnish front row visual artists.

We have 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and a street level balcony. Another bedroom is office/storage. Next to the apartment there is a studio space with separate entrance.

Oulunkylä is quiet green suburb in northern Helsinki. 2 minutes to forest and 5 minutes to river valley park. Easy connections to the city center by bus(40min) or walk+train(20min). The train station is 1km away.

We can offer following to make your visit a pleasant one
