Description

I have a furnished 50 sq. meter centrally located apartment available for swap with likeminded artist(s). The apartment is next to bus and tram stops that are a 15 minute ride from Helsinki city center. The apartment consists of bedroom, living room, bathroom with washing machine, a well equipped kitchen and and a balcony. In the living room there is some space for doing small, clean types of work. I use it for doing some photography and video work myself. The apartment is suitable for two people. Smoking on the balcony is okay. There is wifi.

The closest supermarket is only a short walk away. My bicycle is also available for use. Although centrally located there is a forest with horse stables and paddock just next door.
