DE-CONSTRUKT is a design studio, photography darkroom, residency program, event studio and project space, passionate about the convergence of art and technology, communication and concept, located in Brooklyn, NY. and sometimes in other places.

DE-CONSTRUKT develops projects with local and international artists that support the cross-pollination of ideas and experimentation among cultural diverse artists and audiences. Artists have an opportunity to produce new works individually or collaboratively with a focus on experimentation.

We provide a space to create temporary work and encourages the formation of new networks. Our interest is in the process rather than final outcomes. We serve to support new ideas and new ways of expression to share with the local community at large and abroad.

Live, work and engage with the local community of Red Hook, Brooklyn at our studio DE-CONSTRUKT. Share a beautiful spacious 2600 sq. ft. loft with beautiful skylights, a photography darkroom, art book library, and wet sinks. Private fully-furnished bedrooms, one with a separate studio, with shared bathroom and kitchen. Accessible on-street parking and roof access with a view of Manhattan.
