I have a 1,480 square foot studio/ gallery space smack in the middle of gallery row in the historical district of an art colony that has been around for 120 years. The adobe building was built 1800 and has gas/ water/ electric/ heat. I do my internet with my phone hot-spot. There is no kitchen as such, but there is a hotplate, fridge, toaster oven, electric kettle, and a microwave. The space has four rooms. The front room has 12 foot ceilings. The middle room has 9 1/2 foot ceilings with three skylights. The back room has the same height ceilings as the middle room and has one skylight. There is one bathroom with a sink and toilet. There is parking behind the studio and a small yard I share with two other businesses. I am primarily interested in a studio exchange of about a month sometime during the period of January through March. I would prefer a space that has a retail denotation/ space.

I also have a 1,700 square foot 3 bedroom/ 2 full-bath residence on 2 acres about 8 minutes from my studio by car. We have most of the amenities: radiant-floor heat, wood stove, full kitchen, Wifi, Wide-screen TV (antennae/ streaming), washer/ dryer.
