A beautiful apartment with easy access to the city center. Peaceful and private surroundings like being in the countryside, but only 4 km to the market place. Buses go frequently almost next to the apartment. Amazing views to the riverside. Spacious yard with a pergola and barbeque possibilities.

Fully equipped custom made kitchen. Bathroom with a shower, bath tub and riverside view and a second smaller toilet. Bedroom with a double bed. Two large living rooms. You are welcome to use the yard with barbeque possibilities.

Bigger grocery store about 1 km away. Shared studio in the city center, next to main railway & bus stations.
