Description

Home is a one bed apartment in historic Gastown. Full kitchen, bath, facing north, big windows, can see mountains from living room. Concrete building so music/video production not a problem at stand/sit desk. Queen size bed with high quality mattress. Paid laundry machines in building one floor above me.

Studio is small but effective. It’s a couple of blocks to Chinatown where studio is located on the second floor of a building on Pender. It’s recently renovated with great light and a large window that connects to a larger room with larger window. I have a blind over the window, in case you want privacy. The room locks securely, the studio locks securely and the front door does too.
