Live in studio in a small Ontario town called Vankleek Hill, one hour from Montreal and one hour from Ottawa. We are a 6 hour drive from New York and 5 to Boston. It’s also 5 1/2 hours to Toronto. Large garden, 1600 sq. ft. of studio space, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, wifi, etc. There is a second floor containing the bedroom and laundry. If someone wanted we could negotiate including our truck.

The studio has an etching press and a letter press. It is equipped with most hand tools that you could need. In the winter the heat is radiant in-floor heating and a wood stove. It’s very nice.

The town of Vankleek Hill is an historic village with victorian brick houses (https://vankleekhill.ca/), a local micro brewery Called Beau’s (https://beaus.ca/), and has most of what you need. If not 8 kilometres away is Hawkesbury which has larger stores and shops.

We are looking for an adventure and a chance to make art in another context. If you are looking to have a quiet place to work and experience rural Canada then our place is what you need. If you desire to dip into the cosmopolitan experience of one of the best cities in the world, then Montreal is only an hour away. We’re also 5 hours from Toronto. One hour from Ottawa. & hours from New York. 6 hours from Boston. We are open to leaving our vehicle to use as well.
